So difficult to speak to someone about a bill. Now asking for digits/letter of memorable word ridiculous.

Would not accept account number I gave. Such hard work to talk about account and unnecessary.

Cancelled my direct debit in the hope someone will call me to get my bill sorted. Poor quality customer services

Set up DD

VERY POOR
Iendeavoured to set up DD and attempted several times but without success.i was told that payment is not received and want to give other bank details but to no avail. 0795400**** is my number and please give a call tomorrow to set up the DD if paymnet is not being received.
